What you get

What is included, and what is not

Included in every package

  • Air-conditioned vehicle for the whole itinerary, with driver
  • Accommodation as stated — hotel nights, camp nights or both
  • All meals at the desert camp, breakfast at city hotels
  • Camel safari and the evening cultural programme
  • Driver allowance, fuel, tolls, parking and state taxes
  • A coordinator on WhatsApp for the length of your trip

Not included

  • Lunches on sightseeing days
  • Travel to and from Jaisalmer itself
  • Jeep safari, quad biking and parasailing unless listed
  • Anything personal — laundry, tips, drinks

On entry tickets. We deliberately leave these out rather than bundling them in. Rates differ for Indian and foreign nationals and change without notice, and quoting one blended figure would mean overcharging most guests.

How booking works

From first message to arrival

  • 1 · Send your datesMessage us on WhatsApp with your dates, how many people, and roughly what you want to see. One line is enough to start.
  • 2 · Get a written itineraryWe send back a day-by-day plan with a firm price, usually within the hour. Ask for changes as many times as you like.
  • 3 · Confirm with a small advanceA part payment by UPI or bank transfer holds your dates. You get a written confirmation with the driver's name and number.
  • 4 · We meet your train or flightYour driver is at the platform or gate with a name board. Balance is payable on arrival by cash, card or UPI.
  • 5 · One person for the whole tripThe coordinator who quoted you stays on WhatsApp through the trip. Not a call centre queue, the same person.
Questions we get every week

Frequently asked questions

What is the price of a Jaisalmer tour package?

It depends on how many nights you have, which tent tier you want, the hotel category and your dates — a single sightseeing day and a five-day Jaisalmer district itinerary are very different things. Every quote covers transport, stay and taxes, and we send a written itinerary with a firm figure the same day you ask.

Which Jaisalmer package is best for 2 nights and 3 days?

The Golden City Getaway. One night in a city hotel, one night at the desert camp, a full guided sightseeing day and both a camel and jeep safari. It is the plan most people end up on, because two nights is the point where the trip stops feeling rushed.

Do the packages include hotel and all meals?

Accommodation is included in every package of one night or more. All meals are included at the desert camp. City hotel nights include breakfast. Lunches on sightseeing days are left out, because almost everyone prefers to choose where they stop.

Can I customise a package or change the itinerary?

Yes, and most guests do. Send us your dates, group size and how many nights you have, and we will rework any plan on this page around them. There is no charge for building a custom itinerary.

How far in advance should I book?

For October to March, two to three weeks ahead is comfortable. For the Desert Festival in February, Diwali, Christmas and New Year, book six to eight weeks out — camps in Sam sell out entirely on those dates.

What is not included in the package price?

Monument entry tickets, lunches on sightseeing days, camera fees at some sites, anything personal, and travel to Jaisalmer itself. Everything else that appears in the itinerary is covered.

Do you offer packages for solo travellers?

Yes, with no single supplement on camp stays. Solo guests share the camel safari and cultural programme with the wider camp, which most people find is the better half of the evening anyway.

How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?

A small advance by UPI or bank transfer confirms your dates, with the balance due on arrival by cash, card or UPI. Cancellations more than 72 hours before check-in are refunded in full, outside festival and peak dates.
