We work Jaisalmer district only. That is a deliberate limit, not a gap. A driver who runs these roads every week knows which dune track is passable in March, where the signage stops past Ramgarh, and which checkpoint wants your ID before you reach it. If you need an onward drop to another city we will point you to someone who does that route properly, and we take nothing for the referral.

Two adults and two children in comfort, or three adults for shorter runs. Boot takes two large suitcases. The right choice for airport transfers and city sightseeing.
Innova & Innova Crysta
The workhorse for families and for the long border day. Genuinely comfortable over eleven hours to Tanot and back, with room for luggage behind the third row.
Tempo Traveller
Pushback seats, air conditioning and a luggage rack. What we send for extended families, school groups and anything above seven people.
Coach
For weddings, corporate movements and college trips. Needs a few days' notice, since coaches are brought in rather than sitting on our yard.

The car and the driver you actually get
Vehicles under five years old
Commercially registered, insured, and serviced on schedule rather than when something breaks. No unregistered private cars run as taxis, which is common here and leaves you with no cover if anything happens.
Licensed, permitted drivers
Every driver holds a commercial licence and a district permit. Most have driven this region for a decade or more, which matters on the border roads where signage runs out.
Details before you travel
You get the driver's name, photo and vehicle number on WhatsApp the night before. If we have to change the vehicle, you hear about it from us first, not at the pickup point.
Airport and station meets
Name board at the gate or platform, at any hour. No waiting charge if your train runs late, which on the Delhi and Jaipur routes it regularly does.
Multi-day hires
The same car and driver for the whole trip rather than a handover each morning. Simpler for you, and the driver already knows the plan.
Payment
Cash, UPI or card on completion. For outstation drops we take a small advance to hold the vehicle; local runs need nothing upfront.

What does a full day of Jaisalmer sightseeing by taxi cost?
Local sightseeing runs on an 8 hour, 80 km basis and is quoted by vehicle — sedan, SUV or tempo traveller. The fare is fixed for the whole day rather than metered, and covers fuel, driver allowance, tolls and parking. A 12 hour, 120 km day is also available if you want the dunes on the same day.
How much is a taxi from Jaisalmer to Sam Sand Dunes?
Quoted by vehicle as a return trip, with the driver waiting through your evening at the dunes. If you are booking a camp night with us the transfer is already included in the package.
Do you provide airport and railway station pickup in Jaisalmer?
Yes, at any hour including the 5 am trains. Send your train or flight number and the driver waits at the platform or gate with a name board. There is no charge if your train runs late.
Is the fare per kilometre or a fixed price?
Fixed, for every route on this page. We quote the whole journey rather than running a meter, so what you are told at booking is what you pay — including for routes not listed here.
Do you run taxis to Jodhpur, Jaipur or Udaipur?
No. We work Jaisalmer district only, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a gap. Our drivers run these roads every week — they know which dune track is passable in March, where the signage stops past Ramgarh, and which checkpoint wants your ID before you reach it. If you need an onward drop to another city, ask us and we will point you to someone who does that route properly. We take nothing for the referral.
Are toll, parking and driver allowance included?
Yes, all of it. Fuel, tolls, inter-state permits, parking and the driver's night allowance are inside the quoted fare. The only thing outside it is monument entry, and anything you buy on the way.
Can I book a taxi for full-day local sightseeing?
Yes. Local sightseeing runs on an 8 hour, 80 km basis and is quoted by vehicle. That covers the fort, the havelis, Gadisar Lake and Bada Bagh comfortably in one day.
Do your drivers speak English?
Several do, and we will assign one of them if you ask at booking. All our drivers speak Hindi and Rajasthani. For guided commentary rather than just driving, we can send a licensed guide alongside for a day rate.
